The School Day

• School starts at 8.50am for all children.
• Registration closes at 9am.
• Children should come in to their classroom through the outside classroom door. A member of staff will be there to greet your child and take any brief messages.
• Letters/reply slips etc should be handed to the class teacher or put in the post-box outside the school reception.
• If you arrive after 9.00am, when the classroom door is closed, you must go to the front office and ‘sign in’ your child. Please also inform the office whether your child requires a school dinner.
• School lunches need to be ordered by 9.45am. If you know that your child is going to be late, e.g. for an appointment, please pre-order their school lunch.
• Children are not permitted on site before 8.40am, unless they are attending Breakfast Club. Children in Years R, 1, 2, 3 and 4 must be supervised by an adult until they enter the classroom. Children in Years 5-6 may walk to/from school by themselves at the discretion of their parents.
• School finishes at 3.10pm. Children should be collected from their classroom doors after school.
